or booking workshops, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Product Purchase & Payment Policy
- All product payments must be made online only.
- Full payment is mandatory before processing or shipping any product.
- All products are customized and handcrafted; returns or exchanges are not allowed once delivered.
- Return or refund is applicable only if the product is damaged or broken during delivery.
- A full product opening video (clear and uncut) is mandatory to claim damage.
- Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
- If the product is confirmed damaged or broken, a full refund will be issued.
2. Workshop Payment Policy
- Workshop booking requires 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% payment must be completed before workshop kit delivery.
- Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of booking only.
- After 24 hours, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.
- Workshop dates may be rescheduled based on availability or unavoidable circumstances.
3. Workshop Kit Damage Policy
- Workshop kits are carefully packed before dispatch.
- In case of damaged or broken items, a complete opening video is mandatory.
- Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
- Valid claims will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on customization, location, and logistics.
- Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen conditions are not under Suoly Craft’s control.
5. Changes to Terms
Suoly Craft reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time
without prior notice.
